Encapsulated and graded 8.5 with “Off-White to White Pages” by the Certified Guaranty Company (CGC), this 1963 copy of Tales of Suspense is outstanding and recognized as the origin and first appearance of Iron Man (Tony Stark). The CEO of Stark Industries and leader of the Avengers has been portrayed by Robert Downey Jr. in ten different Marvel Cinematic Universe films. This Marvel comic book is Iron Man’s first appearance. The Jack Kirby and Don Heck cover has become iconic, labeling Iron Man as “the most sensational super-hero of all.”
