On a cold, rainy May 5, 1981 night in Cleveland, Indians pitcher Len Barker took the mound against the Toronto Blue Jays. 9 innings later he walked off the mound and into the record books - Barker had pitched a perfect game no-hitter. To date only 23 pitchers have recorded a Major League perfecto, and this incredible signed collection brings together 4 Hall of Fame worthy artifacts from that historic game. The home and visitors lineup cards measure 4 1/4" x 7 1/4" and feature the handwritten batting order. The Toronto card features all nine Blue Jays who went up to the plate that night and came back without reaching base. Two hand scored score sheets record every play of the night as Barker sliced through the Toronto line up. You can watch how the game unfolded and how Barker's pitching got stronger as the game wore on - he failed to strike out a single batter in the first third of the game but went on to record 11 K's by the time it was over. Each item has been flawlessly signed by Barker in black Sharpie. Pre-Certified by PSA/DNA.
