Widely regarded as the greatest baseball player of his generation, Mike Trout of the Los Angeles Angels made his MLB debut on July 8th, 2011 during the Angels 4-3 win over the Seattle Mariners. A highly touted prospect, Trout would debut to much fanfare after his abrupt call-up to the Majors, with national media paying keen attention to his first game. Trout would bat 0-for-3, clearly not a portent of things to come, as Trout would be named Al Rookie of the Year in 2012. Presented here is a Los Angeles Angels ticket from Trout's MLB debut. The 2 x 5 ¼ -inch ticket features Angel’s manager Mike Scioscia's image, along with the game date, seating location, and price. The ticket has been encapsulated and authenticated by PSA (41461633) which has graded the ticket a MINT 9.
