The card also includes two game-used jersey swatches from each respective player. A limited-edition collectible serial numbered "04/15." A statement on the back of the card by Upper Deck attests to the authenticity of the signature and serves as the item's COA. Just three copies have earned this stellar grading tier, according to PSA's population report. Gem Mint condition.
