The 2020 AP NFL Offensive Rookie of the Year, Herbert set a new NFL record with 31 touchdown passes as a rookie. Herbert signed on Panini hologram sticker in bold blue on the front of the card. This limited print run card is serial numbered "41/49." A statement on the back of the card by Panini attests to the authenticity of the signature serves as the card’s COA. Gem Mint condition.
