Los Angeles Chargers quarterback Justin Herbert has signed this spectacular Panini Encased Rookie Endorsements emerald parallel on card in bold blue ink with not only his jersey number “10” inscribed by the star inscribed the card with “BOLT UP” in big blue letters. The 2020 AP NFL Offensive Rookie of the Year, Herbert set a new NFL record with 31 touchdown passes as a rookie. A statement on the card’s back by Panini attests to the authenticity of the signature, and serves as the item’s COA. This limited print run autograph is serial numbered "06/10." Gem mint condition.
