Los Angeles Chargers quarterback Justin Herbert has signed this spectacular Panini Encased Rookie Cap Patch Autographs on card in bold blue ink with his number “10” inscribed as well. The 2020 AP NFL Offensive Rookie of the Year, Herbert set a new NFL record with 31 touchdown passes as a rookie. A statement on the card’s back by Panini attests to the authenticity of the signature and game used jersey, and serves as the item’s COA. This limited print run autograph is serial numbered "08/50."
