Propelled to new heights of superstardom off the albums “Off the Wall” and “Thriller,” Michael Jackson emerged as the undisputed King of Pop at the end of the century. Presented here is a size “Large” fedora worn on stage by Michael Jackson during the mid-to-late 1980s. The black wool fedora features a black hatband with a bow around the hat. “MICHAEL JACKSON” appears on the black inside band in gold. A size “Large” tag is labeled “WPL 5923 100% WOOL MADE IN U.S.A.” tag appears on the inside band. The hat displays light evidence of wear and contains evidence of wear on the inside band and some wear on the brim. The stage-worn fedora worn by Michael Jackson during the mid to late 1980s comes with an LOA from Michael Jackson Productions dated November 16, 1988.
