Encapsulated and graded NM+ 85 by VGA. Offered here is a sealed and graded copy of "Super Mario Bros. 2" for the Nintendo Entertainment System. "Super Mario Bros 2" was released for the Nintendo on October 9, 1988, and is the sequel to the smash hit "Super Mario Bros." The 2D side-scrolling platform game allowed players to choose either Mario, Luigi, Toad, or Princess Peach to navigate through the dream world of Subcon to defeat the main antagonist, Wart, to restore freedom to Subcon. The game sold 7 million copies and was based on the Japanese release of "Yume Kojo: Doki Doki Panic," with the game modified for release outside of Japan.
This presented copy features a "REV-A" label and an oval Nintendo "Seal of Quality" with a trademark "R," indicating that this copy was produced between March 1990 and December 1994. A sealed copy of one of the most boundary-pushing sequels in the "Mario" franchise comes with an attractive overall grade of NM+ 85.
