Graded EX 5 by PSA. Hall of Famer. Al Kaline signed with Detroit directly out of high school and went straight to the big leagues. By the time he was 19, he was in the Tigers' starting lineup, and he never looked back. In 1955, Kaline hit .340 and, at the age of 20, became the youngest player ever to win a batting title. The offered card, from that special year, is a treasure. It is nicely centered and exhibits phenomenal colors. Excellent condition.
