Before bursting onto the Major League scene with the New York Yankees in 2014, Dellin Betances was moving up the Yankees farm system in 2010. After starting the season in Single-A Tampa, Betances was promoted to the Eastern League and the Trenton Thunder. This road gray size 50 Rawlings jersey was used by Betances during his 14.1 innings with Trenton. Betances signed his name in black marker below the sewn on “TRENTON” in black and yellow tackle twill. His number “50” is also sewn on in black and yellow on the back of the jersey and the “Minor League” patch is sewn on top of the back collar. The Yankees interlocking “NY” is sewn on the left sleeve in navy blue and a special patch honoring the late George Steinbrenner that reads “GEORGE M. STEINBRENNER GMS “THE BOSS” “ is sewn on the upper left chest. Betances’ signature comes with a PSA COA (X52337) and a JSA sticker (G22365). The jersey also comes with a Letter of Authenticity from noted game jersey expert Dave Miedema.
