The lives of former President John F. Kennedy and actress Marilyn Monroe are forever intertwined, especially after Monroe's sultry rendition of "Happy Birthday" that she crooned to JFK during his May 19, 1962 birthday fundraiser held at Madison Square Garden in New York City. Rumors of an affair between the two had persisted for many years, and this seductive birthday wish just added fuel to the fire. Tragically, Ms. Monroe would die from a barbiturate overdose just three months later, and Kennedy himself would tragically die from an assassin's bullet in November 1963.

Offered here are two single-signed cuts signed by John. F. Kennedy and Marilyn Monroe. Kennedy signed and inscribed "US Sen." in black ink across the front of the cut. Monroe signed a cut labeled "Marilyn Monroe Productions, INC" in black ink. The cut comes encapsulated and authenticated by Famous Fabrics Ink and is serialized #183 out of 240. The cut is the perfect historical piece that perfectly captures the intrigue and possible romance between two of America's most popular icons.
