The 2020 AP NFL Offensive Rookie of the Year, Herbert set a new NFL record with 31 touchdown passes as a rookie. A statement on the card’s back by Panini attests to the authenticity of the signature, and serves as the item’s COA. This limited print run autograph is serial numbered "46/99." Gem Mint condition.
