Graded GEM MT 10 by PSA. This promotional collectible card from Japanese company Meiji features a ferocious Charizard facing off with legendary Pokémon Lugia. This stunning foil card was only available in specific boxes of Meiji chocolate in 2002 and was never included in booster packs or sets. Of the 15 examples of this card currently in the PSA population report, only two have achieved this unimprovable grade!
