Encapsulated and graded 9.2 with “Off-White to White Pages” by CGC. Offered here is a copy of "Marvel Spotlight" #5 published in August 1972, featuring the debut of Ghost Rider. Johnny Blaze, a stunt motorcyclist, gives his soul over to Satan to save his father's life, has his soul bonded to the demon Zarathos to exact vengeance. The comic features the origin story of Ghost Rider and the debut of Roxanne Simpson, written by Gary Friedrich and Roy Thomas, with Mike Ploog illustrating the cover and interior art that has now become iconic. According to CGC's census report, only four percent of copies have achieved a higher grade, making this debut of Ghost Rider all the more desirable.
