Encapsulated and graded 8.5 with "White Pages" by the Certified Guaranty Company (CGC), this 1940 copy of Batman issue #3 is prized as the first appearance of Puppet Master and the first appearance of Catwoman in costume. This copy is one of the twenty highest-graded unrestored copies of this issue ever encapsulated by CGC.
