Encapsulated and graded 5.5 with "Off-White to White Pages" by the Certified Guaranty Company (CGC), this 1942 copy of Batman issue #11 has a classic Joker cover and a Penguin appearance. This copy is one of the 75 highest graded unrestored copies of this issue ever encapsulated by CGC and was manufactured with interior wraps inserted in reverse order making it even rarer.
