Graded MINT 9 by PSA. Offered here is a 2013 Pokemon Promo Holo World Champs No. 2 Trainer card. The card was awarded to the second-place winner of the 2013 Pokemon Trading Card Game World Championships. Winning this card allowed the user to return in 2014 to face off against the best in 2014. The card could only be used once a year. The 2013 Pokemon World Championships were held in Vancouver at the Vancouver Convention Center on August 9-11, 2013. It was the tenth invitation-only championship for players of Pokemon. It also marked the first time the competition was held outside of the United States. The card displays Pikachu holding a trophy aloft amid celebratory confetti. This is the sole example of this card graded in the PSA population report! To come in second place in the competition is a feat unto itself, making this card all the more desirable due to how hard it was to achieve.
