This card is a promotional card released to the Pokémon Players Club in Japan in 2005. Members would earn 10,000EXP through club activities to collect this Shiny Vaporeon, the first of the "Eeveelutions" to be made available through the club. The card's BGS condition report: Centering: 9.5, Corners: 10, Edges: 10, Surface: 10. Of the 17 examples of this card currently in the Beckett population report, only two have achieved grading in the Pristine tier. The pop report info is accurate at the time of this writing.
