Encapsulated and graded PRISTINE 10 by BGS. Presented here is a 2002 Shining Raichu 1st Edition holographic card from the Neo Destiny Pokémon TCG set. Neo Destiny, the fourth and final expansion from the Neo Series, introduced glossy metallic Shining Pokémon. Shiny Raichu glimmers in this card, foiled against a matte background, in artwork by Horonobu Yoshida. Of the 41 examples of this card currently in the Beckett population report, this is the only card graded in the Pristine tier. The pop report info is accurate at the time of this writing.
