Encapsulated and graded GEM MINT 9.5 by BGS. Presented here is a 2002 Pokémon TCG Legendary Collection Dark Raichu Rare Holographic card. Electric-type Pokémon Raichu pounces in art by Mitushiro Arita, a look of mischievous glee on its face, with a vibrant holographic background. Released as a set of reprints for the English TCG, Legendary has no Japanese counterpart. Of the 12 examples of this card currently in the Beckett population report, this is one of three cards graded at its tier, with none graded higher.
