NHL 75th anniversary patch on the right sleeve along with the number "8". 43rd NHL All Star Game patch on the left sleeve along with the number "8". Large Flyers logo patch sewn directly onto the front. CCM patch on the back tail. Fight strap attached inside. The back features a nameplate with "Schultz" sewn onto the plate. Uniform number "8" on the back in tackle twill. Signed in mint black sharpie by Schultz with the added inscription "1992 All Star Heroes of Hockey Game Used at the Spectrum".Personally signed LOA from Dave Schultz.
