Affectionately nicknamed "Kung Fu Panda" (or simply "The Panda",) Pablo Sandoval played seven seasons for the San Francisco Giants prior to his recent trade to the Boston Red Sox. Sandoval is a two-time All-Star and won three World Series championships with the Giants. Sandoval also hit three home runs in Game 1 of the 2012 World Series, becoming just the fourth person in Major League Baseball history to hit three home runs in a World Series game. Sandoval went on to be named the World Series MVP in 2012.
If you are looking for an ideal example of a Pablo Sandoval bat, you have it here. This C235 Louisville Slugger model is from the 2011 label period. It is 33 7/8 inches and weighs 33.4 ounces matching the Louisville Slugger ordering records. As stated in the PSA/DNA letter that accompanies the bat, it is “Un-cracked with evidence of outstanding use, Autographed and Inscribed.” Simply hard to find a nicer example of a Sandoval game used bat and the bat has been awarded a grade of PSA/DNA GU 10.
