No player in Major League Baseball history terrorized the base paths more than Rickey Henderson, the 2009 Hall of Fame inductee who stands atop the career leaders list for runs (2,295) and stolen bases (1,406). The popular outfielder helped raise money in the Mount Sinai Hospital Strike Out Cancer charity game in 2012 while wearing this white cotton and polyester button-down jersey specifically crafted for the event. Henderson signed the reverse side “4” of the number “24” jersey in bold, black sharpie. “HENDERSON” appears across the top back of the jersey with his number “24” below, both heat transferred in red. The back collar boasts an “AK” logo patch and an “Athletic Knit” manufacturer’s tag is found on the inside collar, size “XL.” The front left chest of the jersey features the logo for the event, while the left sleeve has a “MOUNT SINAI HOSPITAL” icon and the right sleeve is home to a “RIO CAN” sponsorship logo. The signed, game-used jersey shows light evidence of game use with some discoloration around the collar and minor yellow spotting on the right chest and front tail. Henderson’s signature is backed by a PSA/DNA LOA and a photo of the speedster wearing the jersey can be seen
