Single page type-written letter from Governor Bill Clinton to Bobby
Tullis congratulating him on a recent success in the Democratic Primary.
The letter is signed and dated June 2, 1980 and is from Clinton’s first
of 2 terms as governor of Arkansas. Both letter and original envelope it was mailed in have a warm
color to them and are in very good condition. Letter of authenticity from PSA/DNA.
