On Friday, May 21st, 2004 the Cards were in playing the Cubs in a day game at Wrigley. In the top of the fifth Pujols jacked a Sergio Mitre fastball into the stands for a two-run homer. It was the 125th of Pujols career, and this was the bat he used to do it. The Louisville Slugger I13L model bat is un-cracked and shows great game use with several ball marks with stitch imprints and blue ink transfers. Both ends show nice wear from contact with the ground and Pujols' number "5" has been hand written in black marker on the knob end. Best of all, the future Hall of Famer has signed the barrel in bold black marker adding his number "5". A great bat directly attributed to one of the home runs Pujols hit along the way to Cooperstown. Letter of Authenticity (1B06498 and Z00019) from PSA/DNA.
