If only the employee who was issued this "Code of Ethics" booklet had opened it, the entire Enron scandal could have been averted. However, since this is still shrink wrapped, we know that the former owner never read the passage that mentioned it was against the rules to engage in institutionalized, systematic, and creatively planned accounting fraud. The results of which bankrupted the firm, cost many retirees their nest eggs, and left thousands unemployed. During the trial, a copy of this book was entered as "Exhibit 1". 5 x 7". Fine condition.
