Bagwell signed on the barrel "To Gary All My Best Jeff Bagwell". Louisville Slugger model A124 Bat with Jeff Bagwell facsimile stamped signature on the barrel. Bagwell's number '5' is written on the knob in silver marker. Some rack marks on the barrel but otherwise does not appear to show any use. PSA/DNA COA for the signature.
