From the moment he broke into the Major Leagues as a teenager, Ken Griffey Jr electrified the baseball world, crushing homeruns and flashing his glove along with his infectious smile. “The Kid,” who many credit for saving baseball in Seattle, is immortalized in Mariners’ history, when he scored the winning run off Edgar’s double in the 1995 Wild Card playoff against the Yankees. Game used Ken Griffey Jr Batting Helmet features Griffey Jr’s signature in silver ink on the bill. Front contains the silver Mariners “S” and nautical compass rose logo. The ABC manufacturer’s logo and official Major League Baseball logo is affixed to the back below Griffey’s number 24. Size 7 ¼, American Baseball Cap Media, PA 19063, Made in the USA indicated on the inside along with “Warning” label. Interior foam padding on the front, sides, and top of head. Additional padding included. Top has four airholes and white circle sticker with a circled “R”. This item comes with a LOA from JT Sports and a LOA from JSA.
