Sidney Crosby entered the NHL as “The Next One”, pre-destined to follow in the footsteps of The Great One. He certainly hit the ground running, scoring 102 points in his 2005-2006 rookie season. And while Alex Ovechkin would take home the Calder Trophy as the league’s top rookie that season, Crosby has gone on to win 2 scoring titles, 2 MVP awards and a Stanley Cup. All of this, and he’s only 28. Crosby’s first NHL game, and first NHL point, came on October 5, 2005 at the Continental Arena in Pittsburgh, and this full ticket commemorates that historic game. Item is authenticated by PSA/DNA, and comes in a PSA Authenticator plastic holder.
