It's a lucky thing for collectors and Baseball fans that Topps was able to find space for Tom Seaver in the latest series they issued during his rookie season. Although Seaver had to share space on his rookie card with his team mate, Bill Denehy, his inclusion in the high-numbered series of the 1967 Topps issue remains one of the most sought after cards from the entire decade. This card rewards both the patient and the picky collector at the same time. Pristine surfaces, snow white borders, and sharp corners make this a very respectable Tom Seaver rookie card.
