Offered here is a well-preserved WWII US Navy spyglass telescope. Telescope has nylon wound covering in great condition. Telescope has mark "U.S. NAVY BU. SHIPS QM. SPYGLASS 16X MARK II MOD I SERIAL NO. 36956 1943 HAYWARD LOS ANGELES." Also included is the wooden case, with two metal locks for closure, with matching serial number. The box is also in excellent condition.
