An NFL Game Ball, presented to Charlie Garner following the Philadelphia Eagles 31-13 victory over the Denver Broncos on 11/12/95. In the game, Garner rushed 9 times for 52 yards, caught 3 balls for 17 yards, and returned 4 kicks for 67 yards. 2 of the football panels are painted white, with the presentation and game information painted onto the white background. Beneath the white panels, on one of the 2 brown panels, Garner has signed & inscribed “11/12/95 Charlie Garner 30” in silver marker. This item comes with a facsimile signed LOA from Garnerstating authenticity, as well as a COA from PSA/DNA (Z94769).
