This is a framed photograph of the 1937 New York Black Yankees, the Negro League ballclub that played in Paterson, NJ, New York City and Rochester, NY from 1931-1948. This photograph is marked with the inscription “Dykman Oval May 1937”, and “ NYC”, indicating it was taken at the historic Dyckman Oval Ballpark in Northern Manhattan. The dimensions of the framed photo is 17 3/4 x 11.
