Graded Pristine 10 by BGS, with an autograph assessed Beckett 10. Plucked in the first round of the 2004 NFL draft, University of Mississippi product Eli Manning was summoned to match the legacy of his father, Archie Manning – and to duplicate the exploits of his older sibling, Peyton Manning. While those were certainly daunting tasks, additional pressure came about when a deal was orchestrated to place the rookie into the white hot spotlight of New York City. Offered here is a beautifully embossed, very desirable “chase card” of the quarterback that’s been boldly front-signed by Manning in black Sharpie. The card is serial-numbered “006” within an edition of just 150 examples. The collectible’s sub-grades are: Centering 10, Corners 10, Edges 9.5, Surface 10. Perfect and impeccable Pristine condition. The back of the card bears a printed message of congratulations from Upper Deck to the collector who obtains the exclusive piece; this format serves as the manufacturer’s COA for the card’s signature.
