Hall of Famer Hank Greenberg was one of the first Jewish superstars in American team sports and is widely considered to be one of the greatest sluggers in baseball history. He was the AL home run leader four-times and his 58 home runs in 1938 tied him at the time with Jimmie Foxx for having the most in a season by anyone except Babe Ruth. Greenberg still holds the AL record for most RBIs in a single season by a right-handed batter when he drove in 184 runs in 1937 during a 154-game season. This photo postcard pictures Greenberg in uniform holding the weapon that made opposing pitchers cringe. The front of the postcard is signed by Greenberg right under his picture and has been authenticated and encapsulated by PSA/DNA.
