A star quarterback at Michigan State, Kirk Cousins was taken by the Washington club in the fourth round of the 2012 NFL draft. Although used sparingly – primarily in a back-up role – through 2014, Cousins has come through in a big way for the organization in 2015, going 8-7 as a starter in the regular season while breaking the franchise's single-season completion record. This gamer was worn by Cousins – who contributed 283 yards passing with two touchdowns – during a 27-17 loss to the Seattle Seahawks on October 6, 2014. Cousins' number "8" is sewn to the front, back, and shoulders in white-on-gold double tackle twill. A name plate above the back number displays "COUSINS" in solid white, block-style characters. Stretch-ribbed cotton lines the sleeve endings. An On Field Line size "44" label is accompanied by a "2014" tag within the collar. Two white strip tags adhered inside the left side tail read "8 Cousins" and "Sea 10/6/14." The jersey's laundry instructions tag remains sewn to an inside seam. The garment shows exceptional game use with conspicuous turf stains and visible wear throughout. This jersey comes with a LOA from MeiGray Group.
