En route to his 1982 Rookie of the Year award, Terry Cummings received the NBA Rookie of the Month Award 4 of the 5 times it was awarded that year. Offered here is one of those awards. The award is housed in a hinged wooden box measuring 5X5X5 inches when closed. When opened, the left side of the award contains a gold plaque, showing the Miller High Life logo next to the NBA logo, both engraved in black. Engraved above and below these logos are the words “Rookie of the Month Terry Cummings San Diego Clippers.” The right side of the award houses a clock with gold hands and numbering on a black clock-face. The box is fronted by another gold plaque, this one featuring the Miller High Life logo, while a gold plaque with the NBA logo engraved in black is set into the back. Terry Cummings has signed his name in black marker next to the NBA logo plaque. This award is accompanied by a player LOA signed by Cummings himself.
