Collectors and dealers alike inevitably quickly scan any 1957 Topps collection to see if this variation is hiding among the other cards included. A printing issue on the back of some of these obscures part of the "R" in "BAKER" so that it says "BAKEP" instead. This variation card seems to be unusually nice for the grade that it has been given and has a vivid image framed by clean, white border just a bit to the right. Inspection reveals a few corner "touches" but nothing that shouldn't have prevented it from receiving a "NM 7" from PSA.
