1940 ws prg The Cardinals defeated the defending World Series Champion NY Yankees 4-1 in the 1942 Series. The Series was played during World War II and the war theme is evident by the cover and the contents of the program, which feature patriotic images and War Bonds advertisements. Program is in excellent condition but has an intact but detached and partially scored scorecard. The program comes with tickets to game 4 and game 5, both played at Yankee Stadium, and the program is the Yankees version. Tickets average VG condition.
