Two tags in the collar, one with "03-48" and the other simply a "Q". The number "16" is on the front, back and both shoulders in orange and white tackle twill. "Plummer" nameplate on the back. NFL equipment patch on the neck. The number on the back has been signed by Plummer and also features the notation "2004 Game Used". Shows excellent wear with staining on the front, back and sleeves.
