Joe Tinker's last name is synonymous with the beginning of the most notorious call of a fielding play in all of Baseball, "Tinker to Evers to Chance" as written by Franklin Pierce Adams in his famous poem "Baseball's Sad Lexicon". What was considered sad for a New York Giants fan is still the stuff of legend for Cubs fans to this day. This E90-1 of Joe Tinker bears an image that surpasses its grade of VG-EX. Only six examples have been graded higher by PSA.
