Presented is a 48-card complete set of Bowman "U.S. Navy Victories" non-sports cards issued in 1954. In addition to the gum maker's baseball and football productions, Bowman issued a number of very attractive non-sports card series. With Cold War rhetoric fresh in their minds, the military proved to be a popular choice to appeal to a 1950s audience. Grades 58% EX to EX/MT, 42% VG to VG/EX (including a few lesser).
