Joe DiMaggio signed this 7-page agreement on May 27, 1949 for his role in the musical composition “Little Johnny Strike-Out”. Little Johnny Strikeout was released in 1949 under Capital Records and featured music by Billy May and vocals by The Starlighters. The contract was drafted by John Jacob Loeb of Woodmere, Long Island, NY and signed by DiMaggio on page seven in blue pen. The contract is in good condition with three folds and is stapled to a back page that reads “JOHN JACOB LOEB –with- JOE DI MAGGIO AGREEMENT *** ZALKIN & COHEN Attorneys and Counselors at Law 19 Rector Street New York 6, N.Y.”. This document comes with a PSA/DNA LOA (AA08143).
