Coming off a great 2012 season, Pablo Sandoval exploded in the World Series. In Game One he hit three home runs joining Babe Ruth, Reggie Jackson, and Albert Pujols as the only players to hit three homers in a World Series game. The first 2 of them were at the expense of Tiger ace Justin Verlander. He hit an astronomical .500 in the Giants four game sweep of Detroit. These black and orange piped pants from Sandoval’s road uniform are from the last game in which he went 1 for 5 as the Giants won the Series and he secured the MVP Award. The gray pants show World Series use with sight stains and pine tar marks throughout. Sandoval has signed the right thigh in black marker with his name, number “48” and “Game Used W.S. Game #4 MVP”. Majestic tagging inside the waistband has a PSA/DNA numbered sticker affixed and an added white strip tag with “48 40-46 35 OB ‘12”. Cleaning instruction tag behind the fly. Certificate of authenticity from PSA/DNA.
