This Ted Williams Gartlan figurine has been signed on the base by the Splendid Splinter himself. This statue is one of just 250 artist proofs made, as stated on the Gartlan USA COA and also noted on the bottom of the statue. As a finishing touch, Robert H. Gartlan has signed the statue on the reverse of William’s signature on the base. The statue stands in excellent condition and, as stated, is accompanied by the original Gartlan COA.
