Arguably the hardest thing to do is to replace a legend. That’s what was tasked with newly acquired New York Yankees shortstop Didi Gregrorius when he was brought in as the replacement for legend Derek Jeter for the 2015 season. After initially struggling in April and May, Gregorius rebounded to finish the 2015 season with a respectable .265 average. Gregorius wore this Majestic Cool Base size 46 button-down New York Yankees road jersey during the Yankees 12-2 defeat to the Miami Marlins at Marlins Park.

      This jersey features “NEW YORK” sewn on across the chest in navy blue on white tackle twill. The sleeves have a ribbed navy blue/white/navy blue end and Gregorius’ number “18” is sewn on the back in navy blue and white. The Majestic tag is sewn on the bottom front left tail. The MLB logo patch is sewn on in navy blue, white and silver at the base of the neck. Gregorius signed his name in silver marker on the center of the “8” and inscribed on the top of the 8 “used ‘15”. The jersey shows moderate game use with some dirt stains on the left sleeve. This jersey comes with a MLB Authenticated Hologram (HZ 672418), a full Steiner LOA and a COA from PSA/DNA (AB16543).
