Vincent Van Go's 6th and final National League stolen-base crown came in 1990—his last year in St. Louis before signing as a free agent with the New York Mets. An ideal companion piece to the adjacently offered 1988 example, this is Coleman's 1990 Lou Brock Award, a 9 x 12 inch trophy piece by Herff Jones with a bronze stealing scene and brass plaque: "LOU BROCK AWARD / PRESENTED TO / 1990 / VINCE COLEMAN / ST. LOUIS CARDINALS / 77 STOLEN BASES / NATIONAL LEAGUE / BASE STEALING CHAMPION." Minor handling wear. Signed on the reverse, "Vince Coleman / 1990." Also accompanied by Coleman's signed LOA.
