A 2004 inductee into the College Hall of Fame, Tony Casillas starred at the University of Oklahoma (under Barry Switzer), where he won Lineman of the Year honors and a national championship. He was even voted the Big Eight's Defensive Back of the Decade for the 1980s. The NFL brought more successes as Casillas won back-to-back world championships with the Cowboys. Dallas again topped the Bills at Super Bowl XXVIII, this time 30-13. Offered is Casillas' very own 1993 Lombardi Trophy. It measures 16 inches tall and features a raised NFL logo on the engraved front panel: "VINCE LOMBARDI TROPHY / SUPER BOWL XVIII CHAMPIONS / THE DALLAS COWBOYS." The side panel is engraved, "TONY CASILLAS / #75." Minor overall wear with light surface patina. The signed LOA reads, "I, Tony Casillas, verify that this 1993 Dallas Cowboys Lombardi Trophy was awarded to me after defeating the Buffalo Bills 30-13 in Super Bowl XXVIII and it is original. This trophy has been a part of my personal, private collection and it is 100% authentic including my signature shown below."
