The story of pilot Colonel Gregory “Pappy” Boyington of the US Marine Corps was published in 1958 and this copy was signed by Boyington in blue ink in on the title page with an inscription “Happy landings.” The book has a red and green cover, which has a few frays at the bottom from age. A letter of authenticity from PSA/DNA is included #Z02416.
